The inherent popularity of our best selling MYSTERE velour seems to be drawn from the fact that it defies conventional thinking about velvets. Equally at home on contemporary and modern sectional modulars or comfortably gracing classic sofas, MYSTERE has attributes that will never date.

The secret lies in it’s microdenier yarn construction. Finely knitted continuous filament yarns that create an inherent softness of touch and an almost mysterious lustre that adds dimension and highlight to the finest furnishings. Pleasingly, even the most traditional of artisans have complemented the fabric for it’s density of structure and ease of use for upholstery. Right down to the smallest details such as buttoning, MYSTERE has been applauded for it’s ease of application and fine finished appearance. By popular demand, MYSTERE has a total of 37 colours, all of which offer the broadest choice to suit any decor.

FR tested to AS1530.3 and AS3837 standards, MYSTERE is heavy commercial with a fabric protection treatment. It is part of our Halo fabric range and as such is woven to precise specifications and tested to exacting standards for colourfastness, abrasion, inherent stain resistance and safety. Halo fabrics are also resistant to pilling, mould and mildew and impervious to attack by moths, silverfish and insect pests.
