Our New Design Studio and Showroom
2019 saw many changes for us here at Warwick Fabrics and to start the decade off – we would like to introduce you to our brand new Warwick Fabrics Design Studio & Victorian Showroom.
During the course of 2019, we went to work on the transformation of our beloved Warwick House. Untouched since 1987, 4 Sackville Street was in much need of a makeover and with our Collingwood Showroom/Design Studio on the move – we decided to revamp the space into a brand new, state of the art creative studio for our design team to call home.
Our studio is almost unrecognisable from its predecessor and features: a new open layout, maximised storage, skylights, functional workspace and more. This new and improved space is also filled with more natural light than we know what to do with!
The future of Warwick Fabrics is looking bright and we are incredibly excited for 2020 and what it has in store for us.

New design studio
Just around the corner and down the road on Smith Street, we have had another project in development – Our new Victoria Showroom. This mammoth task was a true team effort and just goes to show how many hands make light work. Now located on 424 Smith Street, we couldn’t be happier with how it has turned out. This industrial new space will be home to Warwick Fabrics, our new and exclusive Linia Fabrics and our Weave Homewares range with a selection of new displays and spaces to let your inner designer run wild with ideas.
Our Victorian Showroom is open now with the new opening hours of:
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5.00pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
