Take a tour of our warehouse and get an inside look at our sampling department!

Our Warehouse in Somerton is the beating heart of Warwick. Streamlining us into a new age of operation with the help of RFID technology and the latest in inventory management, our warehouse facilities allow us to bring fabrics from the design stage, straight to your home, while our showrooms are a second office/design space for customers to browse from the widest range of fabrics for all projects.

Operating via the system of ordering, delivery, cutting and dispatch, we offer worldwide shipping and are verified as a Trusted Trader (by the international security and compliance standard).

1. QUALITY CHECK

In our Quality Control area, our warehouse team will take the rolls in and make sure there are no issues in the production of the rolls of fabric that come in. This is a crucial step to ensure our stock is perfect and ready for our customers to enjoy.

2. PICKING AND CUTTING

After our team has checked and approved the quality of the fabric, the next step is picking our customer’s orders and cutting them to their desired dimensions.

3. INVOICE AND DISPATCH

Once the fabric has been picked and cut, it then moves to the next stage of production: the Invoicing and Dispatch area. Here, our team will create an invoice for the customer and set aside their order to be collected and shipped!

4. SAMPLING DEPARTMENT

We also do our sampling inhouse at our Somerton warehouse. Our Cuttings area is where each fabric sample/swatch a customer requests is cut and packaged with love before they are sent out. This free cutting service is perfect for anyone who is interested in seeing our fabrics and its quality firsthand and seeing how it will look in their own home.

Some of our fabric hangers you see in our showrooms are also locally made in Australia and put together here by our talented sampling team before they are displayed on the racks.
